ADVISORS
MRS. CAITLIN WIDNER teaches English and Drama in addition to co - advising Stagelighters and Thespian Troupe 2921. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Moravian College and is additionally certified in ESOL and Drama. Recent directing credits include Jekyll and Hyde, Annie, The Secret Garden, Much Ado About Nothing, and The Odyssey. Recent production credits include Dracula, Honk!, Around the World in 8 Plays, Fiddler on the Roof, and The Canterbury Tales, as well as South Carroll's Cappies-winning production of Urinetown.
MS. ALYSON MARKS is a Math teacher as well as the Stagelighters co-advisor. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Towson University. Recent directing credits include The Canterbury Tales and Around the World in 8 Plays. She also Assistant Directed The Odyssey and Fiddler on the Roof. Ms. Marks will be revisited the stage this summer in september song's anything goes.
Mrs. Meghan Meyer After taking a brief hiatus to start a family, Mrs. Meyer is back in the game helping out with Stagelighters. Originally from Pittsburgh, Mrs. Meyer basically grew up in the theatre spending any and all free time painting, directing, costuming, stage managing, and acting in as many productions as possible. Some of her favorite onstage roles include Myrtle May in Harvey, Brooke in Noises Off, and Karen in Unnecessary Farce. She spent several years running a high school theatre program in Pittsburgh where she directed and produced fun stuff like Curtains, Rumors, Twelfth Night, and Copacabana. Mrs. Meyer has been a math teacher in Carroll County for five years now and has a degree in both mathematics and theatre arts from the University of Pittsburgh (go Panthers!).
